"Hello Carl! I had to spare a minute to say a big thankyou from the team at Hill End for your companies great support last night. Without your chaps 3 1/2 hours of hard work last night the group of children staying overnight in our High Dormitory would have had to go home. It would have been tragic after they had such a great day with our tutors and were actually in bed when the clearance started. If you hadn't succeeded then we would have had to get them up and call parents to take them home. Your chap showed great skill in removing a bits of brick down 18m of pipe. Yours very gratefully!"
